These Terms of Service govern your use of MyLittleKeyboard.com and purchases made from My Little Keyboard.
The website and products offered through it are operated or provided by Johnny World Products. In these Terms, “My Little Keyboard,” “Johnny World Products,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Johnny World Products and the My Little Keyboard brand.
By visiting the website, creating an account, submitting information, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy, and Lifetime Limited Warranty.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website.
Eligibility and Adult Purchases
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live to place an order.
Our products are designed to help young children learn beginning computer skills, but purchases and website transactions must be completed by an adult. Adult assistance and supervision are recommended when children set up or use electronic accessories.

We work to keep product descriptions, prices, photographs, availability, compatibility information, and other website content accurate and current.
Occasionally, the website may contain a typographical error, inaccurate description, outdated image, incorrect price, or omission. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time.
Product colors and appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, photography, manufacturing updates, and differences between screens.
Product Use and Educational Results
My Little Keyboard products are learning accessories intended to simplify early interaction with compatible computers and devices.
Individual experiences will vary. We do not guarantee that using a product will produce a particular educational, developmental, therapeutic, or academic result.
Customers are responsible for confirming that their device supports an external wired keyboard, mouse, or both before purchasing. Please review our Compatibility and Technical Specifications page or contact us if you are uncertain.
Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it. An order is accepted when we process payment and confirm or ship the order.
We reserve the right to decline, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method.
Prices, Taxes, and Payment

Applicable sales tax will be calculated during checkout based on the order and delivery information. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.
Available payment methods may be changed at any time. Payment processing may be provided by third parties, including Shopify and its payment partners.
School and Organization Orders
Schools, childcare providers, libraries, nonprofit organizations, government entities, and other institutional customers may request volume pricing or a custom quote.
Purchase orders, tax-exempt purchases, bulk orders, and specially negotiated transactions may be subject to additional written terms. If separately signed or accepted written terms conflict with these general Terms, the separately agreed institutional terms will control for that transaction.
Shipping, Returns, and Warranty
Orders are subject to our Shipping Policy.
Returns and refunds are subject to our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Eligible products are protected by our Lifetime Limited Warranty. Warranty coverage lasts for as long as the original purchaser owns the product and is subject to the complete warranty terms.
These policies are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions and discount codes may be subject to separate conditions, expiration dates, product restrictions, or purchase requirements.
Unless otherwise stated, discounts cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, applied retroactively, or used to purchase gift cards. We may cancel or modify a promotion when necessary to correct an error or prevent misuse, subject to applicable law.
Ownership and Intellectual Property

Any dispute not resolved informally will be handled by a court with lawful jurisdiction in Maryland, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring the claim elsewhere.

Severability and No Waiver
