Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes. Volume pricing is available for schools, school districts, Head Start programs, childcare centers, libraries, nonprofits, Pre-K educators, home daycares and other organizations. Pricing is based on the products, quantities, and delivery requirements.
How do I request a quote?
Contact us at Support@MyLittleKeyboard.com and include:
- Your organization's name
- The products and quantities needed
- Your shipping ZIP code
- Your requested delivery date
- Your tax-exempt status, if applicable
We will prepare a customized quote for your organization.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Purchase orders may be accepted from qualified schools, government agencies, and established organizations. Please contact us before submitting a purchase order so we can confirm the purchasing terms and provide the correct vendor information.
Can you provide a W-9 or vendor-registration documents?
Yes. We can provide a completed W-9 and assist with standard vendor-onboarding paperwork upon request.
Can tax-exempt organizations place an order?
Yes. Please provide a valid tax-exemption certificate before the invoice or order is finalized. Tax cannot always be removed after an order has been processed.
Can we purchase a sample or evaluation unit?
Sample or evaluation units may be available for qualified organizations. Contact us with the product you would like to evaluate and the estimated quantity of a future order.
Can we order keyboards and mice together?
Yes. Organizations can request My Little Keyboard units, My First Mouse units, or classroom bundles containing both products.
What age group are the products designed for?
My Little Keyboard and My First Mouse are designed primarily for young learners, including preschool, pre-K, kindergarten, and early elementary students. They may also be helpful for children who benefit from a simpler layout, larger buttons, and child-sized computer accessories.
What makes My Little Keyboard different from a standard keyboard?
My Little Keyboard features a simplified, child-friendly layout with large, easy-to-read keys, bright colors, and clearly separated letters, numbers, and commonly used functions. It helps young learners focus on essential beginner computer skills without the visual complexity of a full-size adult keyboard.
What makes My First Mouse appropriate for children?
My First Mouse is smaller than a standard adult mouse and is designed to fit more comfortably in a young child's hand.
It only has a single click button which acts as a standard left-click button on an adult mouse. This is to reduce frustration for children accidentally hitting the right click button.
Its colorful design also makes learning to point, click, drag, and navigate more inviting for beginning computer users.
Are the keyboard and mouse wired?
Yes. Wired connections provide a dependable classroom experience without batteries, charging, or wireless pairing. Connectors are also designed to work with both a USB-A connection and a USB-C connection providing a universal fit without having to buy additional adapters.
Which devices are compatible?
The products are designed for use with many common desktops, laptops, Chromebooks, tablets, and other compatible devices. My Little Keyboard includes USB-A and USB-C connectivity. Compatibility depends on the device's ports and support for standard external keyboards or mice.
If you are purchasing for a specific device model, contact us before ordering and we will help you review compatibility.
Is special software required?
No special software is required. Compatible devices generally recognize the keyboard and mouse as standard wired input devices. Simply connect the product and open your preferred learning program, website, or application.
Can these products be used in special-education settings?
The simplified layout, large keys, bright visual distinctions, and child-sized mouse may be helpful for many students with different learning or motor needs.
However, these products are not represented as medical devices or as replacements for specialized assistive technology recommended by a qualified professional.

Is a warranty included?
Yes! Johnny World Products is a USA-based family business and will provide support and replacements if anything does not work correctly. Just simply reach out to our award-winning support team.
